How do I place anorder?

Online Ordering - use our convenient shopping cart.  Feel free to add items and remove items.  You can check the shipping after each change to the cart by entering your zip code in the shipping calculator (this only works for orders shipped within the US). 

PhoneOrders - Call us at 760-737-9469 Monday thru Saturday between 11 AM and 7 PM PST and we will be happy to take your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards:  VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover (Novus).  We are a verified Authorize.net client, so you credit card information is being protected through the most secure methods available.

How do you ship?

We offer shipping by Us Priority Mail.

If you need your order expedited, just emailus or call us at 760-737-9469 and we would be glad to help you.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping is based on weight.  For shipping addresses within the United States, there is a quick shipping calculation that can be performed based on your shipping zip code.  Add your items to the cart, enter your zip code in the box below the cart and click on "e;Calculate Shipping"e;.  Your shipping options will be displayed below. 

How soon do you ship after you receive payment?

We do our best to ship within 1 - 3 days after receiving payment not counting weekends and holidays.   This assumes also that all your items are in stock at the time that the order is placed.    If you are working with a deadline then please let us know so we can expedite your order if possible.  You canemailus or call us at 760-737-9469 or include a note in the comment field as you check out.

Split Shipments:  If an item is out of stock but we are expecting that item within the next two weeks, we will hold your order until it can be shipped complete.  If you request a split shipment (in-stock shipped now and out-of-stock shipped later) an additional shipping charge may be incurred.

What's your return policy?

If you want to return a product you MUST contact us first. All returns must be submitted within 14 days of you receiving your product. There will be no refunds or credits issued if you do not email us with the problem within the first 14 days of you receiving your shipment. There are absolutely no returns of used personal products and no lingerie will be accepted if bottoms have been worn. You canemailus or call us at 760-737-9469. Please provide the product number, product name, purchaser’s name, contact phone, and email address. Please also provide a reason for your return and a description of the problem. If the reason for your return is accepted we will email you with return instructions and address.

All returns of defective items will be exchanged for the same item only. We are not responsible for costs or expenses incurred as a result of defective incompatible, or unwanted products.

What is yourprivacy policy?

This issue is very important to us.  Any personal information that you submit to us is only used to complete an order or allow us to respond to your request for information via email.    We do not sell or rent any information that we collect through our web store including email addresses, phone numbers or physical addresses.   We find junk mail and unsolicited phone calls offensive too and have no desire to add to it. 

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online including recording your IP address when you use the shopping cart.
